SEL ROCKS is a heart-centered way to live Rock Solid — where growth and creativity meet connection. Inspired by founder Jen Kramer’s life motto, Smile & Enjoy Life, her love for rocks, and her passion for elevating love and connection in our world, SEL ROCKS invites you to slow down and reconnect with what truly matters — yourself, others, and the world around you.

Rooted in the intention of Radiating Ongoing Connection, Kindness, and Superlove, SEL ROCKS blends life coaching, creative rock experiences, social-emotional learning, and community programs to help individuals and families discover their gem within. This way of living is grounded in love, authenticity, expression, and Rock Solid relationships — showing how one small spark of self-love can ripple outward into the world.

Hi, I’m Jen — I’m so happy you’re here! A few tidbits about me… I’ve rocked a half-century of life and plan to keep on rocking the next. I’ve learned that life — no matter who you are or where you are — is a wild roller coaster filled with twists, turns, breakthroughs, and beautiful surprises.

I’m a fan of elevating love and energy to better our planet and ourselves — and yes, I love rocks! I believe the energy we bring matters, love is the force that changes everything, and rocks offer a solid foundation. Every rock has a story, an energy, a purpose — just like us.

I believe every human is a unique gem — a living Work of Art — shaped by time, experiences, challenges, and triumph. I’m passionate about helping individuals and families discover their inner gem and creating their masterpiece.

Whether through coaching, doula care, social-emotional learning, rock art, or connection-based educational programs, my goal is simple: to create a welcoming space where people feel seen, heard, inspired, and empowered to live a Rock Solid life.
