The weeks after birth are a sacred and tender time of transition. As a Certified Postpartum Doula through ProDoula, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care to help families rest, recover, and bond with their new baby. My three main goals for postpartum support are:
To protect and promote your family’s physical and emotional well-being during recovery and as you build confidence in your new family rhythm.
To help your baby transition gently to life outside the womb through nurturing routines, soothing care, and responsive guidance.
To support anything that may stand in the way of #1 or #2 — ensuring your environment, routines, and emotional landscape encourage peace, balance, and connection for everyone in the home.

I am both excited and grateful to support you along the incredible journey of parenthood. Welcoming a baby and raising a child is truly life’s greatest gift. I’m blessed to be Mom to three extraordinary humans — my son (21), my daughter (19), and my exchange student daughter (20). These superkids have taught me more than I could ever teach them, and I'm honored to share my learning, insights, and love with you.
I’m passionate about lifelong learning and meeting people where they are in life, providing love and support as they pursue fulfillment and optimal health. Engaging with children comes naturally to me, and I believe that early childhood is the foundation for cultivating happy individuals and a better world. Our children are our greatest teachers — and while this process is deeply rewarding, it can also be challenging. I’m here to help you and your family navigate this journey with compassion, confidence, and connection.
