Hello, I'm Jen Kramer, the heart behind SEL ROCKS. This name is more than a phrase - it's a philosophy: Smile & Enjoy Life and Radiate Ongoing Connection, Kindness, & Superlove. Fun fact: SEL is my childhood saying — a life tagline that’s stayed with me, just like my love of finding and collecting rocks.
I see myself as a living work of art, with many roles: mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, athlete, mentor, coach, creator, traveler, peacemaker, and lifelong learner. My professional journey has taken me from environmental engineering to public health, and now to my greatest passion - personal growth, creation, and building bridges of connection.
My passion led me through an extensive training path of successful professional certifications as a Certified Life Coach, Certified Postpartum Doula, and a Certified Kindness Rock Facilitator. As a rock enthusiast, I believe that, just like rocks, we each have unique facets, our own story, and inner beauty. Through life coaching, educating, rock healing art, doula support, and more, I help others uncover their inner gem, SEL, and live a life that truly ROCKS!

We offer life coaching, nurturing doula support, social-emotional learning (aka SEL) workshops, and creative rock-art experiences that help individuals and communities discover their inner gem and live with greater love, awareness, and purpose. With all of our offerings, our goal remains the same: to help people build Rock Solid lives rooted in love, connection, and intentional living.
