As a Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Educator, I combine creativity, storytelling, and hands-on activities to help children and families strengthen emotional awareness, empathy, and kindness. Through art and conversation, participants learn to express feelings, recognize strengths, and connect with others in meaningful ways — one rock, one story, one smile at a time.
Programs & Offerings
As a Certified Kindness Rocks™ Workshop Facilitator, I teach the signature 5-step mindfulness process for creating and sharing Kindness Rocks. These workshops inspire connection, creativity, and compassion — showing participants how small acts of kindness can ripple through families, schools, and communities. As part of the global Kindness Rocks™ movement, I bring official resources, materials, and ongoing training to every session, helping spread positivity one rock at a time.
Only One You Rock Painting & Storytime
Inspired by Linda Kranz’s beloved Only One You, this heartwarming training invites children to celebrate what makes them unique while appreciating the beauty of diversity around them. After storytime, each child paints their own “Only One You” rock — a colorful reminder that they are one of a kind and the world shines brighter because they’re in it.
Linda Kranz’s art and storytelling beautifully encourage creativity, self-expression, and kindness. I’m honored to share her inspiring message with young readers and help them discover the joy of being themselves.
SEL ROCKS - Otterly Connected Program - Coming Soon!
Inspired by the loving and playful nature of sea otters, the Otterly Connected Program teaches social-emotional skills through creativity, connection, and reflection. Just as otters hold hands to stay together and use rocks as tools, participants learn to ground themselves, build empathy, and strengthen relationships through mindful rock-based activities. This gentle, heart-centered approach helps children and families float through life’s waves with love, balance, and confidence.
