Here, every rock, creation, & smile is an invitation to slow down, reflect, & reconnect with what truly matters — yourself, others, and the world around you. Through art, reflection, & community, we help you discover the gem within and share your light with the world.

SEL ROCKS blends life coaching, creative rock experiences, social-emotional learning, and community programs to help people reconnect to their inner gem and live with greater purpose and connection. Discover how one small spark of self-love can ripple into a Rock Solid life.

Life Coach

Compassionate, heart-centered coaching that helps you reconnect with your inner gem, grow with confidence, and live with purpose.

Postpartum Doula

Gentle, nurturing support for families as they welcome a new baby—offering care, guidance, and calm during this beautiful transition.

  • Rates provided by Michigan Family Doula

SEL Educator

Creative SEL programs & experiences—stories, rocks, and hands-on activities—that help all ages build emotional awareness and connection.

  • Single session: $100-150

  • Half-day programs: $350

  • Full-day programs: $650

Rock Enthusiast

From guided rock hikes to rock art parties and treasure hunts, we offer unique experiences inspire play, reflection, creativity, and meaningful connection.

  • Rock workshops: $30-55

  • Rock hikes: $15–75

  • Rock parties: $150-300+

CPR/Readiness Instructor

Interactive, confidence-building trainings that teach lifesaving skills, emergency readiness, and practical tools to help individuals and families stay prepared.

  • $70–120/person

MFD provides compassionate, evidence-based birth and postpartum support for families, and I am honored be on their trusted team.

A global project spreading hope through painted rocks — and SEL ROCKS is honored to participate as a certified Kindness Rocks facilitator.
